A Wellington fitness center is challenging locals to get in shape.
Get Fit Wellington is hosting the 2017 Get Fit Wellington 90 day health and fitness contest. Locals can win prize money by making the biggest transformation.
Judging is based on “overall body fat lost, lean mass gain, health improvements, before and after photos, transformation video and a personal testimonial short essay,” according to the news release.
Contestants will take before and after photos and a 2-3 minute transformation video that tracks their progress.
The entry is $30. That money goes into the prize pool that goes to the top three winners. There are also kids and team competitions. Participants do not have to be members of Get Fit Wellington to enter.
The final day to enroll is Nov. 29, and each competitor has 90 days from the day he or she registers.
