A new community dedicated to agriculture and nature will be opening later this year in the Western Palm Beach County communities.
Workers are currently building Arden, a 2,000-home community off Southern Boulevard, located north of Wellington and west of Loxahatchee Groves near Twenntymile Bend, according to a news release. The community will offer a connection to the Northeast Everglades Natural Area trail and have a community barn in the middle of the complex.
The land will also feature miles of biking trails and a pond for kayaking and other water sports.
The developer, Freehold Communities is building more than 9,000 residential lots in Texas, Tennessee, Florida, and North Carolina.
Anyone looking for more information can check out the community’s website.
