Developer Mark Bellissimo’s proposal for hotels at the International Polo Club screeched to a halt at the Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board meeting Thursday.
Wellington’s Village staff recommended to postpone the vote until next month because of some issues with the proposal. The board may postpone it again at the next meeting.
The dozens of residents that showed up at the meeting were advised to hold their comments until the board hears the proposals.
Bellissimo’s team is also expected to submit a master plan by the time the Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board meets again.
The next PZAB meeting will be on May 10.
